Our First Specialty!
We had no great wins at this show but it was an absolutely wonderful experience to finally be entered in a Specialty Show.
It was held at a beautiful location after the Dogs NSW ground were closed due to flooding the committee had to scramble last minute to find a venue and they definitely delivered, with beautiful sunsets on display.
We had June (Dalsgold Deluge) staying with us at the time so I also entered her!

Tilly was second in her class (of two) which meant she did receive a critique at each show.
Show 1 - Ms B Heering (Denmark) - "Feminine girl, slightly narrow in head, moderate angles front and rear, good movement, lovely temperament."
Show 2 - Mr W McGrath (NSW) - "This darker girl was up against a more mature looking bitch. It looks like she is going through a growth stage. She has a pleasant expression with good pigmentation. She moved well and stood four square for the examination."
I always value critiques from judges as its an excellent opportunity, especially as a new exhibitor, to learn.
