Hello

Like many people, my love for Golden Retrievers began in childhood. Growing up I spent years admiring the breed from afar. When I finally moved into my own home, the very first thing I did was bring home a Golden.

That dog was Teddy. He showed me just how much a Golden Retriever can bring to a person’s life. Their ability to sense exactly what you need, whether it’s a cuddle or a laugh, is something truly special. Kind, gentle, and endlessly loving, Golden Retrievers are more than just pets, they’re companions in every sense of the word.

Tilly has been my introduction into the world of conformation dog shows and we have had so much fun learning and travelling. We have met so many amazing people along the way and learnt so much from so many experienced breeders. 

​

Tweedkin was born from a desire to share that experience with others. I want to be part of something bigger than just owning dogs. I want to preserve everything that makes this breed so special, and honour the history, purpose, and integrity of the Golden Retriever.

This is only the beginning, and I’m so glad you’re here to follow along.
